When is the old Age to retire? the mining employees need new fresh minds to deal with real issues that the mine workers face at work and their homes, at work they face unsafe hostel and working conditions and home, their famelies are poor and yet they dig up metals that make others and their families richer. Mine worers need to be shareholders of the mines, mine workers must share in the rich that they dig up from the billy of the mother earth. They need fresh minds, young educated Leaders. Old people must retire, their time is up.Report Abuse

I think journalists should do their homework. The number of regions is really meaningless. There is hardly any mining activities in KZN, Eastern Cape and Western Cape. North-West, Gauteng, Northern Cape and to a certain extent Limpopo, Free State and Northern Cape are the only provinces that count.Report Abuse
