STJWETLA has been cleared more than seven times and the people who are there now are criminals who have to be charged, MEC for local government and housing Humphrey Mmemezi has declared.
Why dont you give these houses to those who have since registered, it doesnt make logic to say they have been invited by others unless you show the invitation to the public . People are tired of people who fooled them in the name of a better life for all where as we see them selling everything, RDPhouses,Jobs, anything including human beings . I am not sure whether you responded in a fit of anger or in your senses because anybody who can calculate ,cannot give such a statement to the media. Report Abuse

Mr.Humphrey Mmemezi, I wonder who is joining the ranks of the South African criminals.
500.000.000 : 1264 = 395.569,62 ZAR (South African Rand)
You state officially that developing a RDP house cost the taxpayers R 395.000 and some rubber stamps.
Mr MEC I hope that the South African people soon will decide what to do with your kind. Report Abuse

With some objective calculations, the 1264 RDP houses needed for STJWETLA settlement will cost in the neighbourhood of your Bloemfontein party on 8 January 2012 where the French champagne was flowing and the anc populace ate their cake. Report Abuse
