In a communist society, where everything is essentially nationalised....everything belongs to the people for the people to be used by the people. Where are the SACP in all of this?

This e-tolling nonsense is not going to be dependant on the court ruling though one has to respect the rule of law, one must also observe that this is a bread and butter issue and the ruling of the courts will be just be a formality. The bottom line is that this SHlT must be scrapped SANRAL and Treasury must be held responsible for the arnerky, highway blockages, un-governable country that will result if they persisist with this nonsense.

You cant expect the fake communists to remember the communism way of life when they are after tenders for their own benefit. With Blade spending his nights at Sheraton Hotel drinking you know what....the SACP is just exercising the right of association with the ANC other than that they would not exist in Managaung all communist must be removed from the ANC's NEC, NWC and the especialy the Top Six!! we do not need these hyenas!!

Cosatu and DA must not act as if they will come out victorious in the dying minutes of implementation they have failed from the word 'go'. Please do not give us false hopes because the citizens are the ones who are ultimately going to feel the pinch. Our government have decimally ran out of ideas with regard to enhancing revenue (look at the ever-rising petrol price, taxes, e-tolling etc...). Maybe Malema was right in his ideas which would at the end of the day contribute towards the economy of the country. Zuma and his entourage are bussy addressing matters of less importance. I wonder where this country is heading to. It is just failing like Kaizer Chiefs off late.

SANRAL:

You can put all punitive measures in place but the fact is the Kinky One will not budge, you can kiss my black a$$ and shove your gantries where the sun doesn't shine.

An alterantive would be turn those monstorus e-thieving white steel structures into swings and donate them to schools/children's home.

Is not that we dont want to pay to use the roads is the way this has been imposed and forced down our throughts as for the ignorence of SANRAL not gettin the public to participate in each and every step of this excercise it shows a lack of public engagement from their part. SANRAL was cleaver not to start tolling the taxis coz we all know what that will do................

SACP has a share from e-tolling via ANC. The ANC said this is a government for the people, so why aren't they listening to us the people? This is dictatorship and as long as they're in power, we gonna suffer until we all perish. This is too much.

Then Donaldson says that "ring-fenced" fuel levy proposed by the applicants as an alternative funding method for the project was not Treasury policy". Well MAKE IT POLICY. You un-made it policy so just un-make the un-making.

You gotta feel for the civil servants. They have to pay for the road they already paid for AND re-pay for the pensions they have already paid for. Talk about a double wammy.

"More than 10%, even 15%, of road users would be non-compliant and this will lead to a huge amount of summonses. There will be lots of non-compliance ."

Outa estimated that more than a million summonses would be issued per month.

I will most definately fall under this catergory of non compliant individuals.!!!!!!!!! so now they will issue summons...does this mean we will then be black listed for not paying thses tolls....NOW THEY WANT TO MESS WITH OUR CREDIT RECORDS>>>>>>>>>>

Yesterday in parliament, the Minister who built a road to his house at R300 m when he was MEC in KZN, Ndebele, answered the question from DA. His answer was shocking to say the least. He stated that SANRAL expects to collect tolls of R3.5 billion this year of which R2.8 billion will be operational costs of collecting tolls via e-tolls, which leaves R700 m to service the debt. This is sheer incompetence and wasteful expenditure of the worst kind. Ndebele and his corrupt cronies - ANC - Anti Not Corrupt party - must resign.
