And how does one owner gets 20 permits and yet so many people are withought jobs. Give one permit to one owner, no Taxi owner should have more than one taxi, that is why they are so greedy, and people must operate withing their residential areas, taking their own communities to/from their places of destination. This is fronting - a 9igerian is behind this --- I am sure the papers are printed at Gh@na house!! Where did this woman get b@lls to handle taxi drivers and br!be the Department of Trasport to sell her the certificates. DR*ugs were found with a South African Lady Dru*g Mule, but she was not the m@ster-mind.
