Ex-Land Bank CEO trial on hold

THE trial of former Land Bank chief executive officer Philemon Mohlahlane and two others was postponed by the Pretoria Specialised Crime Commercial Court

The SA Broadcasting Corporation reported that Mohlahlane, former Gauteng MEC Dan Mofokeng and Land Bank's former AgriBEE manager Matuba Maponya would appear again on July 13.

The men were arrested in March last year for allegedly stealing R19-million from Land Bank's AgriBEE.
