I didn't write the article, I'm just reading what it says and the only assumption possible is that the child knew the identity of the rapist
Of course more details are needed and so to is a decent education for those mothers who have children. The fact that she waited until Monday to take the child to the clinic means that DNA evidence is probably gone and the whole case will be based on the child's testimony. A child gets afraid in a court setting and may well just clam up. That could cause the case to be thrown out and that is very likely to result in the young boy getting himself a good dose of street justice. Report Abuse

They may allow for pre-taped testamentary done in a psychologist's office but that would require a request from her mother.
