I'm actually very very gat.vol. Told a friend of mine that I wanted to work for goverment to change it so that people are accountable for their actions and he told me about an uncle of his that wanted to do the same, but that once he was inside and trying to advocate for change he was ostracised and they made his life such a living hell that he left and is struggling to find another job now all because of them. I'm over the an.c i'm voting da next elections

As a civil servant I too find myself pretty regularly "pulled up short" when I try to ensure integrity in management in the area in which I work, to the point where I am quite openly branded a troublemaker. I would prefer not to be more specific, for obvious reasons.

It is clear now that, under ANC rule, clean and efficient government has completely disintegrated. We are now officially a banana republic. It is thanks to every person who supported the Polokwane palace revolution and voted into power a man whose integrity was severely compromised. Only a leader of impeccable integrity and record can ever have the moral authoriy to ensure that state officials lower down the ranks will uphold a clean and honest administration. The ANC must set right the massive mistake it made at Polokwane, but I am not sure that the makority of ANC voters will acknowledge this. Also, the ANCYL, who were the main antagonists behiond the Zuma bid for presidency, must be told to shut the f up now, since it is clear that they also have no idea of what is required to run a succesfull state.

To make matters worse, the ANC goes on the offensive and attacks commentators that dare tell them that their leadership skills and abilities are lacking. We will forever have problems in this country because the powers that be have BAD leadership skills and they deny this. That fact is confirmed by the decisions they make. Check the lifting of suspensions of corrupt and criminal police bosses, to appointments of leaders with no matric, to reinstatement of sex pests. I am at loss for words here. The fight is ours now. We must not leave it to others to fight for us. he fact that we are complaining about issues, means that we must now get invollved in removing our corrupt leaders. I refer to hem as "OUR" because they are in power, but I did not choose them

Don`t go around & tell people they are cor rupt wit hout evide nce while your desk has a pi le of work, a pile of ca ses of misco nduct, coming to work late, abu sing leave and you have a matric as your highest qualification. Be a shining star then people will always listen when you talk bcoz they know you gud at what you do.
