Its important to watch out for fraud in cases of dealing with such a backlog but exessive overtime is a reality for example there are some doctors in public hospitals who at times work for 24 hours or more non-stop so do not be surprised by some of the doctors claims of ridiculously long hours it does happen and quite frequently.
