A LIMPOPO father and his two children, who are accused of murdering a man who allegedly stole four tins of fish from them, yesterday appeared in a packed Mankweng Magistrate's Court.

Lazarus Phoshoko, 67, son Freddy, 26, and daughter Lucy, 23, were arrested at their home in GaMakgopo village on Monday.

They were remanded in custody and their case was postponed to February 10 for a bail application.

The accused had allegedly assaulted Alfred Phoshoko, 27, to death with sticks and iron bars.

The deceased had allegedly broken a window of their house at midnight and stolen four tins of fish.
