Petrol up by 34c

The petrol prise will rise by 34 cents a litre at midnight on Tuesday, said the department of energy.

Diesel with 0.05 percent sulphur will go down by one cent, diesel with 0.005 percent sulphur will drop by two cents a litre.

Illuminating paraffin (wholesale) will drop by three cents a litre and the single maximum national retail price will drop by four cents a litre.

The maximum retail price for LP gas will go up by 50 cents a litre.

During the period under review, the average international product prices of petrol, diesel, and illuminating paraffin increased and the average rand/dollar exchange rate strengthened.

Almost 50% of our petrol price is taxes. We need some explanations as to how they get to 34c.

When will this end? THese Arabs kings live in a house full of furniture made by Gold and we have to leave our cars because of high petrol price.
