Why a I not suprised? Because my homeplace of Kgapane under the Greater Letaba Municipality has been having a water problem since 1995 ever since I started staying there. I stay at the location of Home 2000 and from a distance it looks like an ideal residential area since it's built on a hill. Come closer and you will be wellcomed by poorly maintained roads and drainage systems. We spend weeks without water and most of us have even resorted to water tanks. The fats cats (Municipal manager and his corrupt crooks) senselessly get huge bonuses regularly while we have been crying about water forever!

If these people are without water today in 2012, it meas this problem started way back in 1912. The ANC should be ashame of themselves.
