I sometimes think that our gov official don't fully understand laws of the country, whether this guy is documented or not, fact is after 5yrs being in a foreign country you automatically become a citizen, all that was needed if officialisation, and according to the laws of this country, the common law spouse has a right to bury a spouse as is the case here, and a common law spouse in case of death automatically inherit debt if the deceased was in debt, why the home office are givng her a run around is because of their being incompetent and heartless, knowing these guys from the morgue, they've prolly sold the body for purposes of harvesting body parts.
And why does home office say they dont' investigate the morgue has do that, since when is the national data base accessed/managed by ppl running the morgue,

Bro ,don't be turned off by a few.In my experience 99% of the saffer women i have encountered (22yrs to 60yrs+) were nice and polite.
I have only encounted a xenophobic one once at edenvale hospital when my second child was born.My wife was going to get the baby's live birth cert and the xenophobic nurse asked her : "what are doing with this Nigerian ,i hate Nigerians so much"
My smart wife now asked here if she was married to which she replied "NO".She then asked her if she had kids ,she said yes ,she had 3 kids.
Finally my wife asked her where the father of her kids is ,she said the 3 kids had 3 different South African daddies and all of them left her a few months after each child was born.
My wife now told her and i quote : That is why i am married to a Nigerian because they never abandon their children and they take care of their wives through thick and thin.
Needless to say everybody in the clinic started laughing and the nurse turned red in the face because she was embarrassed.
At the time i did not understand what was going because they were conversing in Zulu but my wife told me everything that transpired when we got into the car and i literally laughed my azz off after which i gave her a record breaking french kiss to show my appreciation for defending me ! :-)
Situation like that are rare ,in my opinion 99% SA women are very friendly if you are polite to them.
It is our SA black brothers that we need to work on,they see us as a threat.I try my best to be-friend every South African black male i meet on a daily basis.The funny thing is at first some of them usually give me that "look of death" when i tell them my nationality but as soon as i get them to open up to me ,we become best friends.I mean i have a lot of Black male saffer friends in the Midrand and soweto area.

I have only encounted a xenophobic one once at edenvale hospital when my second child was born.My wife was going to get the baby's live birth cert and the xenophobic nurse asked her : "what are doing with this Nigerian ,i hate Nigerians so much"
My smart wife now asked here if she was married to which she replied "NO".She then asked her if she had kids ,she said yes ,she had 3 kids.
Finally my wife asked her where the father of her kids is ,she said the 3 kids had 3 different South African daddies and all of them left her a few months after each child was born.
My wife now told her and i quote : That is why i am married to a Nigerian because they never abandon their children and they take care of their wives through thick and thin.
Needless to say everybody in the clinic started laughing and the nurse turned red in the face because she was embarrassed.
At the time i did not understand what was going because they were conversing in Zulu but my wife told me everything that transpired when we got into the car and i literally laughed my azz off after which i gave her a record breaking french kiss to show my appreciation for defending me ! :-)
Situation like that are rare ,in my opinion 99% SA women are very friendly if you are polite to them.
It is our SA black brothers that we need to work on,they see us as a threat.I try my best to be-friend every South African black male i meet on a daily basis.The funny thing is at first some of them usually give me that "look of death" when i tell them my nationality but as soon as i get them to open up to me ,we become best friends.I mean i have a lot of Black male saffer friends in the Midrand and soweto area.
I think we need to work harder to understand each other and exstinguish all these flames of jealously.You know we men have BIG EGOS and it can get the better of us at most times.For me living in Sa has been and is still a blast and i appreciate every minute of it.Like i said don't let the few bad eggs get you down.Keep your head up and enjoy SA to the fullest :-)

You know what this iyacasula and its embarrasing our family big time. Mbali left Durban years ago to study nursing college and she decided not to do what she supposed to do(study). Now ufuna ukuduma using family's name our parents kumele aphendule into abangayazi neighbours are asking ngento esingayasi nathi siyibona on Sowetan. Dis is bull shit Mbali if you want dis foreigner don't drag our surname our parents work so hard for it.
