It is clear that there is no scientific evidence on how to really prevent heart attacks holistically. You may live an active life, eat good food and not have the gene that causes heart attacks. Then ... your African partner gives birth to a chinese child ...Ooops !

Good healthy safe sex every second day promotes improved flow of blood to the brain, which reduces the risk of a heart attack.

Ah, if only heart attacks could wipe out the BEE and political fat cats who over-indulge in food and booze and have bellies like hot air balloons, our country would be rid of scum indeed! Anyways, it's easy- an active lifestyle, eating only what you need and consuming red wine in moderation is the way to go. Keep on doing braais, eating mala-mogodu, KFC and township quarters (bunny chows) and we shall be glad to bury you with all the fat in a couple of years!

Well this is a little bit surprising as well as confusing as I thought only obese people are at risk. In any case we are all going to die irrespective of how we lead our lives and as from today I have to induge on some little pleasures caues even if I adopt a herbivorous lifestyle I'd be denying myself into ezimnandi.
