Malema parties, unfazed by his woes
Julius Malema steals show at bridal bash
EMBATTLED ANC Youth League leader Julius Malema's pending disciplinary hearing has not stopped him from having fun.
On Thursday, he stole the show at a Fashion Studio Bridal Collection. The glittering shindig, which attracted a bevy of celebrities, was hosted by businesswoman Thandi Masondo.
Malema injected life into the otherwise stuffy fashion show held at The Zone in Rosebank, when he rocked up with bodyguards and an entourage of friends.
He gladly posed for pictures with supporters and celebrities. But as he smiled and greeted guests, fatigue was written all over his face. He looked drained and worn-out, but he told Sowetan that he was not taking strain from his political woes.
"If I was taking strain I would be hiding under my blankets and not partying. I'm OK. Even if the ANC chases me away, it wouldn't be the end of the world. Life will go on. These are some of the things you have to go through in life in order to be strong. One thing is for sure, I will die an ANC supporter."
The 30-year-old is facing disciplinary action and possible suspension from the ANC over accusations that he is "sowing divisions" and bringing the liberation movement "into disrepute".
On Friday, he lost his bid to have charges against him withdrawn. His hearing will resume on Sunday.
The highlight of the launch was when celebrities walked the ramp with models. Presenter Lerato Moloi, Bapi Moloi and Miss Earth SA Nondy Dzingwa were among them.
A stunning Sonia Sedibe was the MC of the night. Also present was pregnant former Metro FM manager Matona Sakupwanya.

Fight on Juju. I'm one of your die hard fans. Remember more money more problems.I remember, i remember Juju when it was unfashionable to defend someone, you were at the forefront. When he just impregnanted every woman he meets and therefore some DC needed for him, you were the only leader to speak out while the now vocal vavi and blade were fu***n mum. I remember Juju.
Now i'm still shocked how can someone please afriforum, da and media all who tried to destroy him.
Eish but anyway Mbeki was right with his decision to remove somebody for the sake of integrity of the party, look at all the disrespect in the party now. President not condomising, having children out of wedlock and corruption hanging on his head, all these makes party look bad and require disciplinary. As for mk veterans and cosas president, you are forever useless with blade and vavi, got no purpose. The only person with plan in the ANC and whole country is young lion from the north side, MY FUTURE PRESIDENT CDE JULIUS MALEMA.
From your KZN die hard fan.

BUDDYC - "how can someone please afriforum, da and media"If you would recall, that afriforum, da and the media were against having a corrupt, womanizer as president. But YOU wanted to kill for zuma.
But you thought it was fashionable to defend a corrupt dude, and have him run for president.
When will you start to listen?

You will need those blankets soon. Hope you did not get them through questionable means. The Assets forfeiture guys are hungrily eyeing you and they have a nation rooting for them.Malema thought all along life revolves around him. It took a DC hearing to sober him up.Yes, life will go on without you - just like it did before you.

kolobe - "white media is responsible for juju's problems"If you cant blame white people, you blame the media.
Start taking responsibility for yourself dude, instead of blaming everyone else.
You will forever be a 30 year old child, unless you grow up and stop pointing fingers.
