The woman was asleep with her granddaughter at home in Ncihane village, when a man kicked open the door at 8pm on Monday, said Lt-Col Mzukisi Fatyela. Fatyela said the intruder drew a knife and stabbed the woman before he fled. The granddaughter was not injured.
