ok this Seitisho has no clue about how his stats were gathered and their authenticity...fact is municipalities have failed to deliver periood,they are riddled with corruption,nepotism and in-fights,how can Mr Seitisho be so much brave to tell lies based on unfounded stats..if one can think of service delivery on provencial level,then you just get a picture,North-West is a mess,EP just non-existant,Mpumalanga no leadership and nothing much happening..I mean millions were waisted on corrupt deals and already some municipalities have already used much of their allocated 2011 budget..makes me ponder if Mr Seitisho is competent to hold this office..i doubt.

Here is the solution mfana:

Amend a constitution so that all people whose age has reached pension age(60yrs) must go home and be replaced by others as a job creation starting by Zuma-69, Patricia De Lile-60, Pravin Gordhan-62, Siphiwe Nyanda-61, Nkosazana D-Zuma-62, about 6 at my workplace and others you know. Don't you think this can cut unemployment by many percentage.
