it is called solar storm/wind, formed from the sun's core, the heat is transfered to the sun surface by what so called convection cells (convection cells are the electrical currents of charged gas called Plasma). this gas will be release through the sun's darck spots and this will blow pass above the earth's atmospher in 18 hours. normaly could be seen at night, most people call it aurora.Report Abuse
