A 45-year-old man shot dead his two sons, a woman and himself in Matlala, Limpopo police said
The woman was believed to be the mother of his girlfriend, said Colonel Mohale Ramatseba.
The man opened fire after an argument with his girlfriend.
His sons were aged 8 and 12.
