Most SA employers and managers who are primarily white cannot keep up with global changes, do not invest in staff (training wise) unless you kiss their @ss, this is because they still see themselves as baas with their baas mentality. Working in SA is stressful because you have to deal with an incompetent government and believe it or not incompetent HR in some cases, high cost of living and miserable working conditions. So ofcourse absenteeism will be high. Report Abuse

@lwe! 3 people i know......I was think of sending that Abusive company legal scrutiny for december present. The employer is owed more by his employes, He is always using threats to force them to sign binding documents that cost thousands of money in the name of educational courses. He hands out warning letters like business cards so that when they are fired, there is no Case. He treats his employees like slaves in their own country. Its not healthy, when talk to them only predators on top of the organisational ladder enjoy all the benefits especially of harassing their people. Those ladies working there they look skinny & cry a lot...... We need special assignment or speakout to expose this Bossy Crooks. Report Abuse
