Thobeka Madiba Zuma, a wife of President Jacob Zuma's, delivered a keynote address. She was amongst the 5,000 participants in the 5km "Angels Walking For Cancer Campaign" held at the Johannesburg Zoo, while raising fund to further the fight against the disease.
