I would suggest that there are other more serious priorities in the SAPS. Like training a couple of thousand detectives; making sure the CO's don't make too many illegal deals; stopping issuing live-rounds to trainees; deploying individuals to the VIP protection service where they can run wild. Let's get our basic policing straight before we get anymore complicated.
