I can sense your confusion with regards to this issue. Sexual experimentation should be a welcomed practice by youngsters, that's a normal part of growing up. But youngsters should make it their responsibility to protect themselves against unwanted consequences of sexual activity. I can sense your confusion with regards to this issue. Sexual experimentation should be a welcomed practice by youngsters, that's a normal part of growing up. But youngsters should make it their responsibility to protect themselves against unwanted consequences of sexual activity. I would never want to marry a man before taking him on a test drive, because not everyone reacts the same to sexual partners. I need to be married to someone I enjoy being with and that you get by experimenting. Some women yes do think they would form a permanent bond should they have a child with a man. But those are shallow women, you seem like a smart girl who would never corner herself like that. The part about friends is very subtle. Life is constantly trying to make us feel content, so it often brings people or situations which will please us every so often. Thus it brings people who have qualities that we would be okay with. Most of us have gone out with men who insult or demean waitresses in restaurants or beat people up at pubs...we never dump the guy till he beats us up. So basically his negative qualities are tolerable to us till he crosses us the wrong way.
