i just joined Hollard via Edgars 8 months ago. in January this year i had an accident and guess what, everything was done over the phone. Again i saved 50% of my monthly payment from my previous insurer.
Thanks to our government for putting machanisms in place to ensure that consumers are not taken for a ride like it used to be before.The consumer protection laws are there for us to exercise them in defending ourselves and institutions such as the Insurance Ombudsman have ruled in past cases that the third party issue is no longer relevant when the third party was not the cause of an accident.It therefore means that the matter has to be looked into holistically and the insurance is obliged to pay when your car has been involved in an accident unless the unregistered third party was at fault.Phambili nga malungelo wethu,Phambili.Remember that those rights also go with equal responsibilities because at times we become so vocal on our rights but become deaf silent when we are to take repsonsibility for our irresponsible behavior. That's not True Bro, they also repudiate a lot of claims, with a few high profile cases ending up in court.

I cancelled my insurance with outsurance because they are bad. I was with them for years without claiming, onthe fifth year somebody bumped my rear door. they fixed it yes but they could not even recover my access money from the third party. I am now with Miway and no access. I am paying half the premium that I was paying there. Bravo Miway. Report Abuse
