THE Law Society of the Northern Provinces will be investigating a Johannesburg attorney who is accused of disappearing with his clients' compensation money from the Road Accident Fund.

Nkosi said due to negligence on his part he failed to inform the Law Society of the Northern Provinces about his change of address.
He had moved office three times before and in all these instances he did not notify the Law Society.
But at the time of going to print Nkosi had not contacted his clients and his e-mail address had also changed.

This b@stard is a schemer......... What I know is compensation is paid into the trust account not a business account, he has used the money..............
Law Society, please look into this matter and take action...... not penalty but strike him of the roll of attorneys, we cant have this hooligan roaming our streets and preying on the hurt and vulneralbe, nxc Report Abuse
