that e toll animal should have an ANC badge coz all this rubbish is happening because of the ANC led govt. thieves and crooks they are. robbing the middle class of hard earned cash via taxes and e tolls.

Voetzek, too little taxis and public transport to accomodate all the motorists who would really like to get off the roads. They should have invested money in upgrading the public transport system rather. And we pay for the road upgrades every time we put petrol in our cars - fuel levy. Where is the government hiding that money?
