Cooking at home is cheaper, healthier

A GOOD way to cut back on your expenditure is to cook at home.

If you have got into the habit of eating takeaways most nights, start by making a particular day a cook-at-home day, then slowly add more days until you are eating home-cooked food more often than takeaways.

Along with saving you money, you will also eat more healthily.
