- Limit your caffeine (coffee and cola cold drinks) intake as it can make you jittery.
- Draw up a time-table and put in study times, snack and meal times, exercise, sleep and other commitments you have. Be realistic about how much time you can spend studying - no one can study for two hours without a break.
- Get together with friends as a study group, but remember you are there to study not socialise.
