WHAT foods are good for my skin?
Answer from Dr Ellen Marmu of The Mount Sinai Medical Centre via DoctorOz.com:
Good nutrition is good for your skin.
A balanced diet that includes fruits, vegetables, fish and whole grains will be good for your skin. Eating healthily will be good for your entire body.
Avoid crisps and other high-fat snacks in favour of olives, sunflower seeds and fruit.
