Tpaz, you amaze me, i know you work for the government and probably got through nepotism but at least critical thinking skill should be mandatory after apartheid has done so much harm in indoctrinating people-both white and blacks.
The government has a constitutional obligation to provide servive and ANC promised in its election campaign that they will deliver free service such as housing (remember RDP), jobs (GEAR,Asgisa, etc), water, electricity, ect... now you can start reading your own party's manifesto again to see if what you are saying makes sense.

It is not Tembisa only, go and have a look at Mthatha where tata Mandela does his shopping, it is like a dump place. This is a true and true picture of what ANC want people of south africa. ANC has no one to blame for this back stabbing they have done, it reminds me of the days of HOMELANDS, it was like this the gap between rich and poor was like this , NEPOTISM, CORRUPTION , FRAUD. We are going no where with Political System of running a Government perhaps we should change to Academic System of running a Government because with this one we will never go any where. We elect a Political Party which in turn is given power to elect Mamparas to lead us in the name of Comradeship. Comrades I say let us do away with the Party Rule state of affairs to the favor of election of Parliament and President by the people but based on Academic and Achievement base rather than a Party state where the winning party is left to mess up our Government and its core mandate which is Service Delivery with Mamparas like Cele and Mdluli.

Without fear or fever, the ANC should stop blaming the apartheid govt for everything .
18 years in democracy you still have so called” White school “ build by the apartheid govt for there children ........
Which their children still attend . ANC is just enjoy the lifestyle of the Whites .

Provinces like Limpopo and Eastern Cape are the worst in terms of incompetency and corruption but nobody is attributing that to their ethnic origin. Instead of being armchair critics why don't you participate in community projects and create platforms for active public participation in matters of society. Stand up for your rights and take responsibility. The little you do in your community will combine with what others are doing and eventually the situation will turn a corner for the better. An empty vessel makes a lot of noise and actions speak louder than words.
