How to prevent catching flu virus

SOME ways to avoid a cold:
- Wash your hands: Most cold and flu viruses are spread by direct contact. Someone who has the flu sneezes onto their hand, and then touches a telephone, a keyboard or a glass.
- Don't use your hands to cover your sneezes and coughs: Germs and viruses cling to your bare hands, so catching coughs and sneezes with your hands results in passing your germs to others.
- Drink plenty of fluids: Water flushes your system; it washes out the germs as it rehydrates you.
- Exercise: Aerobic exercise will heat up your body, which is a natural virus killer.
