My question is, who says Gauteng people have so much money? Pilot projects always seem to start here. Why not Cape Town or Durban or somewhere else!

Politicians are liars, as for Zuma as head of state he must explain to the nation why we have to pay this goal post. According to my understanding the road was built for 2010World Cup. Why now.

BaleliM. Morning. Do not fear. The bully-boys-and-gals are going to try and foist this daylight robbery on all metropolitan areas. Gauteng was just easy, and probably very lucrative for someone's cousin's brother. Easy in Gauteng because they have a truly arrogant nazi and loyal party cadre holding the reins in her manicured hands. But once this precedent is through, the whole country is up for grabs.
