@tpaz - this is not a race issue. You come across as defensive - are you secretly disappointed and embarrassed by the incompetence and uncaring attitude of the government. Rwanda's 100% black government is competent and un-corruptable. We want the same here - we don't want the whole country to become like your beloved Limpopo.
