Love to eat? Live to move? Enquos wants to track every bite and step

An integrated website and mobile app allowing for the tracking, analysis and data storage of nutrition, activity and well-being from any platform using any device is set to launch next month.

Out November 10, Enquos offers tracking for everything -- even your moods -- and contains a library of information that includes 6,000 recipes to provide advice on how to eat, sleep, work out and set goals.

The nutritional feature offers over 20 dietician-curated meal plans that correspond with popular diets such as gluten-free, vegetarian and paleo. It contains a fast food and water logging system that incorporates photo-journaling.

The system's health feature discusses symptoms, prescriptions and lab values in addition to tracking weight and body measurements.

It can connect with any wearable activity tracker, but also with scales, blood pressure cuffs and heart rate monitors.

Basic use of the system will be free of charge, although an upgraded Premium access is to be available for $75 annually or $7.95 per month. Clients can try the Premium access plan free of charge for 30 days.
