Today is National No Bra day

Today marks boobie freedom day for women, bra’s are being left at home in support of breast cancer awareness month.

Whether your boobs are adorable, jiggly, miniature, bouncy, glistening or naughty or jelly like, ladies are confidently spending 24 hours free from bra support for the sake of National No Bra Day.

As much as the no bra occasion appeals to women only,  men interested in raising awareness can join in the by wearing something pink or purple as a sign of support.

Although breast cancer is most prevalent amongst white women, there has been an alarming increase amongst black South Africans. It’s the second most common disease they are diagnosed with.

Cancer can be treated if detected early.

It’s important for women to examine their breast often because the sooner breast cancer is diagnosed, the better your chances of beating it.

So learn to do breast self examinations every month a week after your period.
