For me, the lesson into the whole story, Madam Mayor was one of the women she cannot be blamed (i.e. I suspect she even argued with the Mayor for leaving the office at 5pm but only arrive home at 7pm eventhough he did not have Blue-Lights gang to help him avoid JHB south bound heavy traffic), when at the time she was seeing everything in her perspective, the Mayor was expected to abide, and maybe the Mayor didn't hence she packed and left matrimonial home. But the reconcialiation part, clearly shows the love conquered at the end, which is rare in South Africa these days, we need public people/fugures to open up about trials and tribulations, with a good and positive ending, I wish you a long life together Report Abuse

The stay in Winchester hills, that is my old neighbourhood. Wow! Go windchester, Lol! I am not going to lie ,Mr Tau ,you are indeed a lucky man. It is hard these days to find a good woman who does not shop excessively.I should know, i am married to an extreme shopaholic though she cooks a mean meal and she is hot as hell even after three kids.
What's worse is the new generation of women don't like to cook, prefer to club everyday after work, are addicted to alcohol and cheat on you with anything that has got a pee pee even if it is your own brother or best friend. I have got quite a few friends who will attest to this from personal experience.
Mrs Tau : Beauty, brains, loves good food, financially disciplined ,probably cooks and probably loyal. What more can a guy ask for? Report Abuse

This sounds like a paid for story for me to bolster the image of the incompetent mayor. I received an electricity bill which was double my normal bill. While i was trying to sort this out they arrived at my house to cut off - this mayor is a failure. Bloody extortionist. Report Abuse

Does "uncompromising" also mean that you hate the truth that does not soothe your ego? What has Michelle Obama got to do with the American debt "running into trillions of dollars"? Are you implying that Michelle has been stealing the people's money in the US? It is the endless wars that America is fighting on many fronts that is causing the problem, also the corrupt banking institutions that brought the economy down to its knees and triggered the recession. As we speak the US has military bases in Italy, Germany, Polland, Kuwait, Thailand, Malaysia, Djibouti, Monglia, Georgia (Russia), Indonessia, New Zealand, Australia, South Korea, Israel, Karzakstan, Tajikstan, Romania etc and many other secret locations such as Kenya and Botswana. These are the drivers of the US economy but sometimes they bring economic troubles. Cheap shot broer, try something else. It is very sad for our leaders to sell their own blood and flash for the sake of a ''penny and gold''. South Africa need something more than Comrade Mandela, that will root out corruption, nepotism and self enrichment out of the Government, that something if ever exist must be entitled to a Nobel peace prize because we lack too much on those kind of leaders be it black or white! Wether DA or ANC, corruption, nepotism and self enrichment are always their main challenges, they differ in political gospel and ideologies they preach but their main political mandate and execution remain the same! Nobody really care about the well being of the people! In ANC dominated areas lots of Government employees are nepotistic black South Africans and in DA dominated area lots of Government employees are nepotistic white South Africans, who is fooling who!?
