Again, genetic integration with other human species as well as climatic reasons are the reason for skin colour variations. It is one of the primary reasons that the San are so much lighter in skin colour than the people from (for example) Nigeria. What is sad though is that we allow them to divide us. Fact is that we are indigenous to Africa - the lines/ boundries were created by whites when they colonised Africa. We now use those lines to fight among ourselves - whether you are a Zimbo, Nigerian or black South African, you did not come here on a ship and you are a child of the soil.
