Zenoyise John the writer of this article need to do a proper research to avoid causing embarassment to Sowetan and other known female celebrities known who are educated,and as for calling them highly educated while there is none with a PHD is an insult to our education system,is only Ms Kgomotso christopher with Masters and Moshidi is still studying,unless if the writer is having a certificates in journalism from Boston or PC college then i guess to him/her they are highly educated,for other bloggers to question Mrs Booth's academic Damelin qualifications,Bloggers should familirase themselves with our education system NQF levels and accredation system,Damelin offers degrees accredited by UNISA distance learning and to the writer they are other celebrities with qualifications 1 CC Ravele 2 Selae Thobakgale both have Hons BA corporate communications from UJ,Matapa Maila BA Communications UJ,KB performing arts,maggie benedict,even khethiwe have a honours just to name a few Report Abuse

What makes you think a diploma or a junior degree is not an education?
Matric on it's own is a milestone.

What we should preach is survival.

I agree with you they are not MOST EDUCATED.They became celebs by connections,ofcourse mini luv affairs.As I mentioned ealrier with my distiction masters degree in the very haedacheful chemistry suject I do not recognise diploma and ordinary degree. To me an hounors is equivalent to grade 12.

All these ladies must go back to school and get educated. my wife has more degrees than theirs all combined from recognised institutions not Damelin. i used to attend Damelin for Computer lessons while i was in standard 8 and 9. in short Damelin is a secondary school.Report Abuse

What makes you think a diploma or a junior degree is not an education?
Matric on it's own is a milestone.
Real knowledge,is knowing the extent of your own ignorance.Maybe a few of you should visit this department within yourselves.
What we should preach is survival.
There are many people without tertiary education,who have a very good quality of life.
We can't all be ,neuro surgeons,neurophysicists, rocket scientists,mathemaician of the various spectrum, who'll clean the streets?.
