"There is nothing more satisfying than seeing someone look in a mirror and love what they see."
She says working in a salon of Soho's calibre has changed her perspective of beauty therapy.
" I have learnt the importance of customer service and hygiene. What is exciting here is the use of the latest technology andequipment.
"I have also learnt to give attention to detail and to value customers. At Soho, a customer can walk in without an appointment and be assisted."
Maduma says her ultimate goal is to open her own business, fashioned on the business ideals and model of Soho.
"This is an excellent concept that was long overdue in this country. At the moment, however, I just want to learn everything that I can," she says.
