HIV prevention efforts have not always been successful and in 2009 approximately 54,000 Americans were infected with HIV, that is about one every nine-and-a-half minutes. And some young have to choose some std dating si te such as MyPositiveSingles,C0M.So It is a hard task to prevent it.

I hope the book plays a pivotal role in some bloody ignorant men out there because some men like having sex without condoms while having wives.

I hope this book will serve as a wake up call to some fellows. It's true a large number of men still beleive they are immune to HIV and AIDs, especially the ones not directly affected by it. They still go around boasting about how they are God's gift to women! My heart really goes out to the married women (the wives) since they are at higher risk because some of these men are married (husbands). Some have yatsis and do not even use condoms! The sad thing with us men, we do not warn each other, instead we sing praises to such men and " Uyababa, you are the real man! uyisoka uyisikhokho" etc. ....It's just too sad

HIV is not actually a death sentence. It is a disease that can be managed and be controlled by the individual who acquired it allowing him to live a long normal and productive life like anyone else. Zulugal, positive attitude dear I am living with HIV since 2005 and just started the ARV on the 20 June this year now i am ok, eat healthy, stop stressing and have faith in God. if you are involve with someone be faithful use condom always when having sex or abstain from sex then you will live long and beilive in God. Monate wa lefatshe re ka se o fetse, and one thing i reilise now this days most people are HIV positive worse some they don't no their status.
One need to be responsible wake up and face reality, and there are people with evil mind who don't want to die along by spreading this HIV,

@Zulugal. Agree with you. In fact I think HIV/AIDS is a death sentence because no matter how long it is gonna take if you positive you are guaranteed without accidents that you are going to die sooner or later.Thats all

Hai, Sowetan bloggers never cease to amaze me. This is a real issue that affects us all and that needs a serious debate from male and female, but the comments are standing @ 15. If it was something that has to do with S*x, eg positions, fellatio, cunnilingus etc, the comments would be 1000+ now. '

NB: AIDS/HIV comes MAINLY from having S*x, but u dont want to talk about the disease only the cause. Nx
I am still thinking what I should write regarding the topic above, I will come back later.

The only thing that will help is a Disprin...
Ladies should place it between their knees and keep it there. ;-)

AIDS is out of control because people act like animals. Married men dating single/widowed women, it should be frowned upon. These men are bastards and those women have little or no self respect

The problem that feeds this desease is the way by which it is being contacted, sex and everybody like sex. I think, its even better with women maybe they can control the sex edge more better than men, its a very difficult task for men to control that edge especially in the face of these pornographic films, books, that pops up every where. So many organisations like Bothers for life must be promoted to educate men about self pride and respect for women.

SLEEPING AROUND WITHOUT THE USE OF CONDOMS NOT ONLY SPREADS AIDS , IT ALSO CONTRIBUTES TO CONFUSION ON FATHERS DAY. DON'T BELIEVE GOVERNMENT STATISTICS ON AIDS , CASUALTIES ARE ALSO HIDDEN BEHIND OTHER CAUSES.
