We would like to invite you, our readers, to an exclusive preview of the movie 'Life Above All' at Nu Metro, Hyde Park, Johannesburg.
The private screening will be on 9 March 2011 at 7pm.
How do I get on the guest list?
Send an email with “Life, Above All” in the subject line, with your full name, cell number and best contact number to [contact removed].
You have until Friday, 4th March 2011 to email your RSVP to Sowetan LIVE. First come, first serve... You will receive a confirmation email telling you that you have been added to our guest list by Tuesday, 8th March 2011.
Please note that there are ONLY 79 DOUBLE TICKETS, so hurry...
PLEASE NOTE: If you are included on the guest list and can no longer attend the night, please send an email Jo Quinn to cancel. There will be a “waiting list” of people who also want to attend so please be mindful of this.
Terms and Conditions:

• Please arrange your own transport to and from the venue
• Avusa Media Ltd cannot be held liable for any disputes arising between the readers attending the screening or any of the sponsors.

WHAT THE MOVIE IS ABOUT: Just after the death of her newly born sister, Chanda (12) learns of a rumour spreading through her small village near Johannesburg. It destroys her family and forces her mother to flee. Chanda leaves home and school in search of her mother - and the truth.
LIFE, ABOVE ALL is an emotional and universal drama about a young girl (stunningly performed by first-time-actress Khomotso Manyaka) who fights the fear and shame that have poisoned her community. The film captures the enduring strength of loyalty and a courage powered by the heart.
