Kanye West has shown a trailer for his new video game, 'Only One: The Game', which is a tribute to his late mother Donda West.

Kanye West has unveiled a trailer for a video game about his late mother.

The 38-year-old rapper tragically lost his mom Donda due to surgery complications in 2007 and has now paid tribute to her with a video game showing her ''travelling through heaven'', titled 'Only One: The Game'.

Speaking at the launch of his new fashion collection, he said: ''I worked on a video game and I wanted to show you all. The idea of the game is my mom travelling through the gates of heaven.''

The 'FourFiveSeconds' hitmaker went on to admit it was ''not easy to do'' and after a huge round of applause from the gathered crowd - which included his wife Kim Kardashian West and the rest of the Kardashian/Jenner clan - he returned to his usual self and quipped: ''Y'all just be acting like that s**t is regular.''

The trailer previewed at the event shows Donda travelling through the clouds on a horse before she grows wings and begins to fly.

Meanwhile, Kanye previously claimed his mother would still be alive if he never moved to Los Angeles. When asked what he has had to sacrifice for his success, he shared: ''My mom. If I had never moved to LA she'd be alive ... I don't want to go far into it because it will bring me to tears.''
