Veteran actress Winnie Ntshaba is spitting mad after learning about fake comments made in her name — and now she’s demanding answers.

The actress saw her name make headlines recently when she was mentioned by EFF leader Julius Malema in a press briefing shortly after the local municipal elections. In his remarks‚ Julius accused Winnie of using her fame to poach his supporters for the ANC.

“She has the arrogance of ANC. Khetiwe of Khapela of all the people‚” Malema said referring to Winnie’s famous character on Generations.

Shortly after Malema’s comments were made‚ a fake comment from Winnie started doing the rounds on social media. The actress was quoted in a hoax article labeling Julius a derogatory term for a foreigner .

“He (Julius) belongs in Zimbabwe‚” read the fake comment.

The comment got tongues wagging and has left Winnie fuming.

She took to Instagram on Wednesday to fire off a series of explosive messages about the comments‚ saying that the author “will burn in hell“‚ and challenged them to contact her.

Winnie also denied knowing about Julius’ comments‚ saying that‚ she would never have responded in the way that she was quoted as‚ if she had.

“I am an African! I would never call another human being with derogatory names... it’s all lies!!! I wouldn’t call anyone with such names‚” she added.
