The 21-year-old singer and blonde model have been romantically linked for the past few weeks, and following rumours of a New Year's Eve kiss in St. Barts, Justin decided to share a picture of the passionate moment on his Instagram page.

In the snap, Justin is seen with his arm clasped around Hailey's waist as they smooch. Hailey shows off her model figure in a pair of denim cut off shorts and a white top as she embraces the 'Love Yourself' singer.

Justin decided to leave the picture without a caption, giving fans their own opportunity to voice their opinions on the shot.

However, it has been claimed the singer made the decision to make the kiss picture public as further proof he is over his relationship with Selena Gomez.

A source told HollywoodLife.com: ''Justin is not looking for permission from Selena, he also is not looking to check in with her either.

''He is going to do what he wants to do and Selena can deal with it the way she deals with it. If Selena wants to know about Justin's hookups she can find out online.'' Justin and Selena's kiss came at the New Year's party thrown by Richie Akiva, after the singer performed for 200 guests.
