Save Me by Timo ODV is the most played song, Shumaya second

Save Me by Timo ODV as well as Shumaya by Dnb Nyts featuring Zinhle Ngidi are the most played songs in South Africa in the 2015 calender year.

According to AF Stereo, Save Me has taken the number one spot on the most played songs of the year on national radio, followed close second by Shumaya.

The song garnered the most airplay in the course of the year across various South African radio stations.

Many may argue that Shumaya has been the biggest commercial song this year but that does not mean it was the most played on radio stations. Clubs and tarvens maybe, but not on radio stations.

Although Save Me is the most played South African song, it is ranked 13 internationally.
