Spring Fiesta will for the first time in five years have seven floors filled by 13 000 expected crowd in Ekurlheni on Saturday.

Artists such as DJ Shimza and Black Coffee will be headlining as usual with international acts Osunlade from Yoruba Records and Lars Behrenroth from Deeper Shades making appearances at the famous annual music festival.

Rapper Riky Rick will be performing at The Spring Fiesta for the last time this weekend.

Just weeks after going gold on his first studio album, Riky Rick has revealed that he will be bowing out of the event that probably made his career in 2013.

"Actually 2015 is going to be last year I take bookings for other promoters events. We gonna be promoting our own events and doing our own shows," he said.

"There I will have the platform to perform to my own fans. We gonna have shows that have a limit of a thousand two thousand people and I'll have an option to perform to my fans who know the music and aren't just waiting for the hits."

Riky Rick says he was not necessarily shocked that his album, 'Family Values' went gold because that was their target when they released it.

"It's a good moment but I always say the work is not done when you announce that you gone gold. The work is always done before, it's the first 100 copies, first 200 copies that we decided to sell from our boots that we decided to put in our shows, so the work was done.

"That was our target, our target was to push 25 000 copies and we are at 23 000 so we will get our target by the end of the year. "

He however does not believe that his album will sell platinum.

"I don't think we will go platinum because as soon as we decide to stop pushing and selling out of our boots it's when it stopped selling. We don't sell through Musica or iTunes, our numbers are coming from ourselves. Musica doesn't sell 20% of the full number," he said.

The Spring Fiesta will take place on Saturday, 3 October 2015 at Wild Waters Complex in Ekurlheni.

The line-up includes:

DJ Kent & Euphonik, Black Motion, Kwesta, K2 (Big Brother Mzansi), Big Nuz, Reason, Mafikizolo, Heavy K, DJ Dimplez, DJ Clock, Speedsta, Ralf Gum, Lulo Cafe, Sphectacula & Naves, DJ Merlon, PH, Twins on Deck, Major League DJz, Culoe de Song, Fistaz Mixwell, Mobi Dixon, Ms Cosmo and many more.
