Chris Brown alleged to have attacked man in Las Vegas

'Loyal' hitmaker Chris Brown, 25, is alleged to have attacked a man during a recent basketball game in Las Vegas.

The 25-year-old singer - who has been in the city for the Floyd Mayweather versus Manny Pacquiao boxing fight - has been accused of becoming involved in a brawl during a pick-up game at the Palms Casino Resort.

Chris was playing with a group of men at 3:42am, when an argument broke out with one of them and the 'Loyal' hitmaker is alleged to have thrown a punch, according to TMZ.

Police were subsequently called to the scene, but did not speak to Chris. Later, however, the police are reported to have offered the singer two options: allow the district attorney to decide what charges to press; or sign a citation for misdemeanor battery and face the charge in court.

Meanwhile, it was reported recently that Chris - who turns 26 on May 5 - was hoping to kindle his romance with ex-girlfriend Karrueche Tran while he was in Las Vegas. She called time on their relationship earlier this year after it was revealed Chris had fathered a daughter, Royalty, with Nia Guzman-Amey.

However, a source said: ''Chris has been blowing Karrueche's phone up, calling and texting her. ''He's dying to see her in Vegas and has been pleading with her to make his birthday wish come true. All he wants to do is see her.''
