Big Brother Mzansi: Double Trouble couple Lebo and Ex exited the show on Sunday after been given an option to either take the money offered and leave Big Brother or reject the money and remain in the house.

The couple opted to go home with the R100 000 cash.

Ex was the one to pick up the phone when Big Brother called and instructed that he (Ex) and his partner to leave the house. The two ended up on stage where they were given the offer to exit the competition R100 000 richer or remain in the house and still compete for the grand prize.

Ex said that he did not want the money as he had set sights on the R2 million grand prize but Lebo was clear from the onset that she wants to take the money.

She said that although she believes they are a great couple and could win the grand prize, the chances of were still slim because Big Brother can always change the rules.

A teary Ex gave in and said that he would take the money and exit the house as a gesture to Lebo.

The two will share the money which will see each walking away with at least R50 000.

With no idea that the nominations were fake, the housemates looked frightened when host Lungile Radu asked the nominated housemates to stand before revealing that the joke was on them and that all housemates were safe from evictions.

He then told the housemates that the previous week was the only eviction relief housemates would receive because the game has now started.
