The clique will be one of the opening acts at the event together with Cassper Nyovest, Dreamteam and DJ Dimplez.

US acts Schoolboy Q, Kid Ink and Rae Sremmurd will headline the show which will be taking place at Mary Fitzgerald Square in Newtown.

"We are going to go so hard. We have a surprise for you guys," said member of Cash Time Life Ma.E about their performance.

Ma.E was speaking at the press conference which was held at Sandton's Radisson Blu Hotel earlier on Friday.

"Some of you might know we have a female that's part of the label. There's a song that we're about to drop next week Friday, a new Kid X single which Nomuzi Mabena is featured on. We're looking to premier it at the show," said K.O.

Mabena, who most know from TV screens as a presenter on MTVBase will be the "surprise" in the Cash Time Life performance.

Award winning rapper Cassper Nyovest who was also at the press conference touched on the controversial story about Motsweding Fm Presenter Douglas Mosadi saying he (Cassper) had turned down an interview with him because he can't speak his mother tongue Setswana.

"That was all lies. Basically they couldn't get a hold of me on the phone. He thought he was cracking a joke, but Tswana people were easily offended. I'm about to do an interview and he's going to apologise live on radio," said the rapper.
