TOP dance band Mi Casa is bringing out the big guns for their upcoming music video of the hit song Your Body.

The video will feature Mona-Jeanette Berntsen, who once danced for king of pop Michael Jackson and has danced for Chris Brown.

The Los Angeles-based dancer will be in town in a week to choreograph and co-direct the music video with the band's singer JSomething.

"We [Mi Casa] are so excited," JSomething said.

"Your Body is my favourite song and the best song I have ever written. The message in the song portrays women in another dimension and I think Mona will be a meaningful character. She is beautiful inside and out."

How they crossed paths was nothing less than a dream come true. A video of Berntsen dancing to the band's Heavenly Sent single was posted on Instagram and fans went crazy.

"I saw the video and I was shocked. I found her contact details and e-mailed her and she responded," said JSomething.

"Mona is a world-class dancer and will contribute amazingly."

Berntsen is a Norway-born dancer who won the TV reality dance competition So You Think You Can Dance.

She has danced for numerous A-listers such as Justin Timberlake, Alicia Keys and Kelis.

"We [Mi Casa] have been around for a while and no longer the new kids on the block and we're trying to break new barriers and make our families and fans proud," said JSomething.

With much excitement around the upcoming music video, the shoot is set to take place in Johannesburg next week and is set to be released later this month.
