Cuba catches Mangaliso kissing Puleng and throws him out of the house. David comes to Naomi looking for Quinton. Bash is looking forward to getting lucky with Lerato, but he gets nervous when Raymond comes to the club looking for her.

Terrified of Raymond, Bash decides to go into hiding. Cuba is convinced that Mangaliso has put a spell on Puleng, and enlists Mamokete’s help to get rid of him. Miles sells out David and he’s arrested.

Gail has put all her trust in Naomi. Mamokete is increasingly sympathetic to the budding romance between Puleng and Mangaliso, but has to buckle to Cuba’s pressure. Bash steps up to take on Raymond for Lerato’s sake, and is knocked down for his effort.

Knowing that Naomi must go where she is keeping Quinton to get David‘s proof of life, Ronald follows Naomi. Puleng is overwhelmed by the responsibilities that she would have to undertake should she pursue a relationship with Mangaliso. Rose realises that she may be pregnant.

Naomi tells David that she’s going to bring Quinton’s finger to him as proof of life. Puleng is startled to discover that she’s expected to work a full day assisting Mangaliso. Ronald finds out that Naomi is one step ahead of him.

Naomi takes photos of Ronald with Quinton and she intends to use them as a game-changer. Puleng spends a day shadowing Mangaliso at work. Kop thinks that the pregnancy test was for either Reneilwe or Tshidi.

Lucilla's doubts about Naomi's innocence continue to nag her. Naomi uses the picture of Ronald and Quinton to kill two birds with one stone. Puleng confronts Mangaliso about their lack of intimacy.

TUESDAY, 20 AUGUST 2013: Naomi puts pressure on Ronald to write a suicide note implicating David in Quinton’s kidnapping and murder. Jafta agrees to get the blood tests done because he wants certainty.
WEDNESDAY, 21 AUGUST 2013: Ronald begs for a quick ending for him and Quinton. Cuba finds out what Puleng is doing and all hell breaks loose.
THURSDAY, 22 AUGUST 2013: Lucilla digs around Gail’s flat for evidence against Naomi. The rift between Puleng and Cuba widens. Jafta is distraught knowing he will be a father again.
FRIDAY, 23 AUGUST 2013: Rose and Jafta find that breaking the news of the pregnancy to Mampho is harder than they imagined. Just when Cuba accepts her relationship with Mangaliso, Puleng finds that she’s hit another roadblock. Naomi tries to kill Quinton and Ronald.

Naomi threatens Ronald, forcing him to tell Gail and Lucilla that he was responsible for Quinton’s kidnapping. Mangaliso is frustrated with having to start a whole new life. Puleng is forced to beg Suffocate for accommodation for Mangaliso.

Mangaliso moves into Kilowatt with his few possessions. Quinton starts screaming every time Naomi comes near him, which makes Gail a little confused. Kop cannot bear watching Jafta buy everyone drinks and tells him the truth.

Mamokete is angry with Kop for telling Jafta the truth about Rose’s pregnancy. Puleng rescues Mangaliso from a grilling by the boys. Cuba warns her daughter about taking on more than she should, but will Puleng listen?
